Quality and Environmental Policies
ESPADEROS DEL ATLÁNTICO S.A. According to its self-control and quality philosophy, ESPADEROS DEL ATLÁNTICO S.A. undertakes to carry out all the actions needed to achieve the following objectives:
- To introduce and maintain a documented system for the Self-control, Quality Guarantee and HACCP.
- To define processes and services based on the international quality, hazard analysis critical control points and environment regulations.
- To observe the requirements of the legislation in force and all internal regulations.
- To spread the objectives and quality policy among the staff to establish a common culture at all the organization levels.
- To guarantee that all our products and services meet the customer’s expectations by using the resources needed for the establishment of a continuous improvement service.
- To maintain high competitiveness and differentiation rates.
- To contribute to the sustainability and maintenance of fishing resources,
therefore observing the recommendations and measures established by the Regional Fisheries Organizations and applicable to our fishing grounds(ICCAT, IATTC, IOTC y WCPFC).
Likewise and within the regulatory framework in force, the company takes on the following obligations regarding food safety: responsibility, traceability, accountability, emergency, prevention and cooperation.
